Financial and support services for people impacted by disasters and emergencies can be found at the Queensland Government Disaster Support and Recovery website.

Lifeline has launched a dedicated disaster counselling support hotline available via phone on 1800 116 671.
If you are in an isolated community and need assistance with resupply of essential goods, including food and medical supplies, information on resupply to flood isolated properties.

Federal Government support is now available if you’ve lost income as a direct result of the North Queensland floods, January - February 2025.
